Infrastructure Management
Our Infrastructure Management services are a combination of data-center expertise (networking, bandwidth, A/C, power, etc.), hardware-procurement capabilities (knowing the optimal hardware to run our P2 software), and ongoing infrastructure management (server/device configuration and management, firewall/security management, and hardware monitoring). Our P2 Cloud infrastructure is tailored to meet the specific needs of our solutions and is maintained by a team whose criteria for success is not meeting server uptime service level agreements, but rather application uptime and performance service level agreements.
3rd-Party Software Procurement And Management
All too often, licensing options and associated pricing models for software are hard to understand. With the P2 Cloud, this is a headache you get to avoid. We provide the third-party software licenses required to run our software and manage all the complexities of licensing new users, license maintenance, and price increases. We also handle all of the licensing compliance audits. Therefore, you never have to worry about a surprise expense.
Application Management Services (AMS)
Say your application is not performing as expected or having intermittent issues. Have you ever had to referee between your infrastructure provider pointing fingers at your application support team, and your application support team saying it’s a hardware problem? That’s why we include Application Management Services within the P2 Cloud offering. P2 is your single point of accountability. It’s our software and our infrastructure. That means no more finger-pointing.
Audit
Let’s face it, nobody likes to be audited or the audit process itself. Time spent documenting your procedures and ensuring compliance during the year, then understanding the audit requirements, collecting the required evidence, and reviewing the results with the auditors is time you aren’t able to spend accomplishing your business objectives. By using P2 Cloud, your audit requirements are provided to you annually and cover both the infrastructure components and the software components. P2 performs an annual SSAE 16 audit and makes available the SOC 1 Type II reports to our clients.
