At P2, we believe that small acts of kindness and generosity go a long way. That’s why every year, every P2 employee is given a Community Service Day to get out of the office and into the communities where we live and work. It’s a day to give back.
In 2019, we hit a new record of almost 1000 hours. These community service hours were dedicated to local foodbanks, Habitat for Humanity, and other organizations across the U.S. and globe.
P2 also supports an annual holiday gift distribution supported by P2 colleagues that provides gifts to many underserved families in our communities.
In May 2020, during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that brought on economic hardship for many throughout the world, P2 and our parent company, Advent International, allocated a $100,000 relief fund to support local food banks in communities where we have a larger office presence.
