P2 Development & IT

Development & IT

Our development teams create, test, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions that help oil and gas professionals do their jobs better. Software developer, business analyst, QA analyst, and release engineer are some of the job titles in this area. On the IT front, our system administrators, database administrators, tech-support personnel, and application developers are the ones who keep P2’s internal systems – our servers, networks, hardware, and applications – running smoothly.

P2 Sales

Sales

Our sales team helps upstream oil and gas professionals acquire the right P2 solutions or services for their specific business needs. P2’s sales organization consists of sales representatives, account executives, sales managers, and solutions consultants. Our sales representatives manage accounts and create new opportunities, while members of our solutions division give product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.

P2 Global Professional Services

Global Professional Services

Professional Services engages with our customers to enable or optimize the software investments they have made in P2 products. Our global team of industry and domain experts performs a broad range of services, including project management, system setup and configuration, integration and data conversion, system testing, upgrade support, and end-user training. We leverage our learnings and work with companies of all sizes and complexity to improve our processes, with an overriding goal of creating a positive experience in all of the services we deliver.

Global Customer Support

P2 Support Consultants become oil and gas software experts who assist our customers with using the software to meet their organizational objectives and industry demands. Support Consultants are exposed to most facets of the upstream oil and gas business. Each day is filled with variety and opportunities to become more proficient at software, expand oil and gas knowledge, foster team collaboration, and achieve great satisfaction by helping customers and the P2 team. P2 Support Consultants work with customers via phone, email, customer portal, WebEx sessions, occasional onsite sessions, and user group meetings.

P2 Finance & Accounting

Finance & Accounting

The finance and accounting teams support our global business and ensure that all P2 employees, from entry-level associates to executives and everyone in between, get paid (a minor detail but we thought we’d include it). We hire candidates who can perform financial analysis and accounts-payable and accounts-receivable tasks – in short, those who can keep our business running smoothly. Job titles in this area include accountant, accounting clerk, and financial analyst.

Marketing

Corporate marketing, product marketing, and product management are included under P2’s marketing umbrella. Members of our marketing teams perform a variety of tasks, from creating marketing programs, planning user groups, and performing market research to developing product strategies, soliciting customer feedback, and disseminating internal communications. These teams possess quality communication, analytical, and creative-thinking skills – and, of course, a desire to have fun while working on their various projects.
