P2 Energy Solutions Appoints Scott Key as Chairman of the Board

DENVER – (May 23, 2017) – P2 Energy Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Key as Chairman of the Board. Key will support P2’s executive team, and global colleagues and customers with his significant experience and expertise in building high growth information and technology companies and long experience in global oil and gas exploration and production.

With over 30 years of diverse international and US experience in energy and technology, and responsibilities spanning executive and board positions, as well as operational management, product management and technology development, Key’s exceptional track record will push P2 to a new level of global performance and customer delivery.

Most recently, Key served as President and CEO of IHS Inc. where he was instrumental in the strategic direction of the company, establishing IHS as a global leader in business information. Under his leadership, IHS grew from just over $200 million in annual revenues in 2003 to more than $2 billion in 2015.

Prior to joining IHS, Key served in a number of E&P operational, management and research positions, including US and international based roles for Phillips Petroleum and ARCO. Key also has a long history of successful and safe onshore/offshore oil and gas exploration and development in a range of North American, international and Deep Water environments.
