Where does the data come from?
P2 Tobin Map Data researches lease information filed with local counties and parishes in select areas of Texas and Louisiana. We provide:
- Lessee, lessor
- Term length
- Expiration date
- Royalty interest
- Memorandums
- Notices
- Amendments
- Extensions
- Assignments
- Lease option agreements
Polygons of larger leases (generally over 20 acres) are created provided as well. All polygons are fitted to Tobin SuperBase.
Leases are also provided where available through Tobin All Access, our data subscription service.
