Lease Updates

Leases located in the historical Tobin areas are collected at the courthouse level, then digitally mapped based on their field legal description. They are then fit to Tobin SuperBase Landgrid and Ownership.

Tobin lease data can show you who owns the properties/leases around the area you're exploring, how active the area is, and the leasing price per property, all data that can otherwise be very hard to get, but critical in allowing you to negotiate for the best price when closing a deal.

Lease data, in Tobin's historical areas, is normally collected on a monthly basis. Non-Tobin historical data is collected on a quarterly basis by third-party vendors. Leases are currently available for more than 200 counties and parishes, in digital format, for Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah and Mississippi.

These data sets are compiled with double precision, so they can be used with all hardware platforms and operating systems.
• Users can perform analysis geographically combined with the attributes included in the data sets.
• Each polygon in the data sets has an annotation point. The annotation point provides an anchor to display the attributes of the data sets on hard copy media.
• Enables users to better manage asset deployment.
• Data sets meet or exceed national mapping standards. They are 1:24K map scales. This is +/- 40 feet absolute accuracy on the ground.
• Tobin maintains these data sets, ensuring you always have current information.
