P2 Energy Solutions publishes lease data for more than 200 counties and parishes for Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Mississippi.

Typically, new information requires a cycle of 2 to 3 months to be added and published. Gathering lease data in some counties or parishes can still be a manual process. Our collectors visit the county and parish courthouses once a month to research and collect new filings.

In order to ensure that we are giving complete and comparable data, Tobin Trends is going to focus on data with a two month lag. Information we share on our website in May will be through March.

The Tobin Digital Lease Update service can be licensed by the county or by region. By licensing Tobin Lease Data, you'll receive lease locations, lessee, lessor, the lease term, royalty, acreage, and volume and page number as obtained by the courthouse.
