Company Owned Lands

Tobin Enterprise Land - Company Owned Lands module provides an efficient means for clients to maintain an inventory of company-owned interests in land and keep track of leases granted to others on those lands. The system uses bi-directional linking of corresponding fee land and leased-to-others records to calculate the remaining unleased acreage available for further development. Depending on the customer’s business process, it can print checks for taxes, utilities and other necessary payments on the fee lands, as well as generating invoices and tracking receivables due on the leases.
