Excalibur Education and Training Program
The Excalibur continuing education program offers training options at all levels to improve user proficiency with Excalibur software applications. Our program provides the quality and flexibility you need to ensure that the software is used to its maximum potential. Classes are held at both the Denver and Houston training facilities or training can also be arranged at the client’s offices.
More than 80 formal classes are offered:
- Excalibur software classes
- System administration classes
- Reporting tools classes
Customized training is an option, and we will tailor our training to specific needs. Upon request, the Education department can also provide clients with analysis of their particular training needs and a recommended training plan for all of their Excalibur end-users.

Excalibur Course Catalog
The Excalibur course catalog provides course descriptions, prerequisites, agendas, target audience information and number of professional credits accrued by each course. All of the Excalibur courses are certified with professional continuing education accreditation boards and accrue CPE, CPLTA, CPL, RLP and CDOA credits. Course Tuition and Billing
For your convenience, we will bill your after you have completed the training. Scheduled courses on our training calendars and custom-scheduled training are billed at different rates. Rates for scheduled classes are discounted when multiple students from one company attend the same class. Excalibur Certifications
The Excalibur Education Program provides continuing education credits for professionals. We are registered with several professional accreditation boards.
Accounting Professionals
All of our courses are registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as a sponsor of continuing professional education. Formal classes listed in the course catalog accrue 8 credits per full day class and 4 credits per half day class.
Land Professionals
While learning you can also receive certification credits from NALTA, AAPL and/or NADOA on many Excalibur land courses. Contact the P2 Energy Solutions Education Manager (education@p2energysolutions.com) for details.
Approved classes accrue:
6 CPL or 6 RLP credits per full day and 3 credits per half day
8 CDOA credits per full day and 4 credits per half day
8 CPLTA credits per 8 hours of instruction
Annual Excalibur User Forum and Pre-Conference Training
Attendance at the annual User Forum also accrues professional credits. Approved Pre-Conference classes offered at our Annual User Forum accrue professional credits at the same rate as our formal classes.

The Excalibur course catalog provides a wide range of classes from beginner to advanced levels for every type of Excalibur end-user and IT support staff. You can attend this instructor-led training at our training facilities or at your office. >

You can also choose to customize course content to suit your specific needs. Trainers who support your software and know your company and business needs can customize our classes to tailor your training to your specific needs.
Long Distance Learning
No time or lack the budget to travel? Schedule a training session that we will bring right to your PC desktop via our conferencing software. Course materials are provided in online format with print capability and we even provide the option of using your own company data during training.
