P2 Energy Solutions Appoints Andrew Hicks Chief Financial Officer

Oil and gas technology leader adds key role to executive team

DENVER (December 3, 2009) -- P2 Energy Solutions, the leading provider of business software, map data and enterprise services to the oil and gas industry, announces the appointment of Andrew Hicks to the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer. In this position, Hicks will lead the finance and administrative functions and provide broad operational leadership as P2 executes on its business strategy.

Hicks comes to P2 Energy Solutions with over 10 years of experience in a range of finance leadership roles. He has held various senior level commercial finance positions with Misys PLC, a global software and services company. Hicks most recently played a key role in the merger and subsequent integration of Misys’ Healthcare Division with Allscripts, a Nasdaq-listed company.

Hicks is a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of York in York, England.
