HOUSTON (15 June 2010) - TGS announced today that its Geological Products division purchased the directional survey business of P2 Energy Solutions’ Tobin business line. The agreement includes the purchase of P2’s existing database of over 38,000 high quality directional surveys and incorporates ongoing client initiated programs in several key regions. Directional surveys are a summary of geometric information that provides a detailed 3D view of a well’s path in the subsurface.

Thurston to lead Operations

DENVER, June 4, 2010 – P2 Energy Solutions announced key executive appointments as it continues to position its organization for growth in the industry. Eric Thurston has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, Chris Lenig has been named Vice President of Global Professional Services, and Bruce MacDonald has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support and Hosting Services.
