We are pleased to announce another great keynote speaker has joined the ASCEND 2010 conference: Dr. Michael Economides, renowned geopolitical energy expert, will be speaking on Wednesday, November 3rd at the ASCEND 2010 conference in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Economides is considered one of the world's experts on the politics of energy. He is also a professor at the Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston and teaches natural gas and oil engineering courses. His research focuses on optimizing the production of oil and gas. He is called upon by local and national news organizations alike to comment on energy policy and politics on a regular basis.
