ASCEND Spotlight: Continuing Education Credits
In addition to the many benefits of attending ASCEND 2010, our conference offers several opportunities for professionals to earn those crucial continuing education credits.
The process to get accredited for some of these is particularly stringent. The National Association of State Boards of Accountancy accreditation is a good example of this.
About the ASCEND Spotlight
ASCEND Spotlight highlights hot conference topics every week. Find out what all the ASCEND talk is about and how it is of value to you and your organization.
Each year, P2 Energy Solutions submits a lot of paperwork: everything from student evaluations to documentation about how we create our classes. We need to submit last year's offerings, as well as what we plan to do in the upcoming year.
Based on all that information, NASBA then certifies us and the conference for a certain number of credits. Take a look at other events or classes, and you'll find that the ASCEND 2010 conference is a VERY affordable option.
Each day of the conference you attend, you'll earn 8 credits, for a total of 16 between the two days. Some product training classes also qualify for credits, so it's conceivable that an attendee could earn upwards of 32 continuing education credits!
Keep in mind the other benefits of attending ASCEND: networking with your peers, industry discussions, the keynote speakers, the theme dinner, the activities, and, of course, the venue - and the entire event is very attractive.
We also partner with other professional organization such as:
- AAPL
- NADOA
- NALTA
With over 160 credits being offered, you are sure to fulfill your requirements. Click here to read more about our accreditation.
