P2 Now Has One Support Number for Its North American Clients

Similar phone numbers are coming soon for P2's customers outside North America

Ever have one of those days where everything and anything that can go wrong does? You slept through your alarm (has it really been going off for the last 45 minutes?!), in the mad dash to get out the door you put on two different shoes, and things just go downhill from there. When the day is finally coming to a close and you're entering the last of your data into your favorite P2 system, your laptop battery dies. Uh-oh. Did it save all that data you've been working on for most of the afternoon? Are you going to have to start over? You need answers now!

Here at P2, we understand that in times of trouble you want to be able to reach our support teams quickly and easily. That’s why we've been working on an initiative to make support easier to contact. Last year, you saw a makeover of our Customer Support Portal. It was aimed at creating a more user-friendly experience and increasing the information available to you. Using the portal provides the most immediate insight into your cases and is still the best way to reach our teams.

However, we also recognize that sometimes you just want to pick up the phone. But if you work on multiple P2 products, keeping track of several support numbers and finding the right one at the right time can be challenging.

We're excited to announce that we now have one support number for all of our customers based in North America. And, even better, it's easy to remember: 1-844-REACHP2. You can now easily connect with any of our various product support teams through this one number.

We're also actively working on setting up similar numbers for those of you outside North America, so stay tuned! For the time being, please continue to call your existing support contacts.
