Oil First Purchaser

The primary function of the Excalibur Oil First Purchaser system is to track the purchaser run/lact tickets and compare them to the purchasers’ statements. Oil First Purchaser is fully integrated with the Production, Revenue, Land Lease Records and General Ledger systems. The Oil First Purchaser and the Production systems share the same master files and data. With the Oil Contracts add-on the tickets can be priced. Revenue gross transactions can be created for processing in the Revenue module.

First Purchaser Features

Calculates net volumes on run tickets
Prices the runs
Prints run statements
Generates inventory accounting entries
Transfers sales to the revenue system (payable 100% to the operator)
Allocates sales to wells and distributes revenues to all owners rather than to the operator
