Gas Availability

The Gas Availability system is an integrated informational system that provides database access to well production split on a working interest owner level for nominations. This system uses integrated data from LLR, LDO, Gas Balancing and Gas Contracts.

Reports nominations for the upcoming month to operators
Establishes a database of wells with estimated daily production and marketing information (contract numbers, contacts, receipt points, transporter, T&E)
Maintains entitlement and marketing volumes for each working interest owner in the well
Maintains wellhead imbalances for each owner either from the Gas Balancing system or by manual entry for analysis and nominations
Calculates makeup percentage and over/under volumes
Processes rollover of data from month to month
Uses Microsoft Access for maximum flexibility in creating reports for owners, pipelines, internal departments and nominations
Automatically updates working interest ownership changes on wells from Excalibur’s Land Division Order system
