Daily Production
Excalibur's Daily Production (DP) system allows you to input daily oil, gas and water volumes. These volumes are allocated to wells based on well test and down time and provide daily production tracking, reporting and analysis. The DP system integrates with Excalibur's Energy Production Accounting (EPA) module.
Functionality

- Local hierarchy by field office, pumper and associated routes or you can define the route order
- Data Capture
- Common data points collected by field pumpers
- Facility-level tank footages, oil injection, water draws, gas, water production and oil sales
- Well-level estimated production, downtime, pressure, pump and other data
- Enter oil volume or calculate oil volume based on tank levels and run tickets
- Data Processing
- Allocation of facility data to well level based on well test and downtime
- Autofill statistical data from prior day
- Allocate facility entered data back to prior date data entered
- Daily Production (DP) and Energy Production Accounting (EPA)
- Use same facility/well set up

- Use same tank set up and run ticket data for calculating oil volumes
- DP provides EPA with:
- End-of-month tank footages, water draws, water production and down time data
- Excel – DP module generates Excel spreadsheets by pumper which can be sent to field offices, update and uploaded into Excalibur via Excalibur Data Interchange (EDI)
- Excalibur Data Interchange (EDI) – upload facility and well data from a variety of sources and formats
- Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) – the DP module creates data extracts for integration with OLAP tool
