Excalibur's AdHoc Query is a powerful report-writing tool that provides users with a point and click ability to create reports without having to know report writing syntax. Any data entry item input into Excalibur can be easily extracted with associated data, providing comprehensive reporting capabilities. Reports can be generated to Excalibur’s Report Manager and all the benefits therein can be utilized (PDF creation, HTML creation, direct e-mail, etc.). Data can also be seamlessly output to Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel and automatically parsed into separate columns. Users can maintain control on who can update or access the reports they create.
