Check Stub Data Exchange

The Excalibur Check Stub Data Exchange (CDEX) system interfaces with the Oildex Checkstub Connect service to automate the process of receiving and recording revenue check stub data on income properties. The CDEX program expedites data collection and processing by providing to its trading partners (such as first purchasers and operators) one unified system that uses a standardized check detail format. The remitter (purchaser or operator) electronically transmits monthly check detail information to Checkstub Connect. This data is verified for accuracy and then electronically distributed to the receiving companies (subscribers). This process normally completes the transmission of the check detail data a number of days sooner than if the check stub information were received through the mail. The Excalibur CDEX system translates and validates the received check detail data so that it conforms to your corresponding master and code files (such as property numbers and product codes), and then automatically updates the Excalibur Revenue system with the information. This approach eliminates manual data entry and provides more effective cash flow management and more timely revenue reporting. The Excalibur CDEX system complements the CDEX transmit capability provided within the Excalibur Revenue system. This system is fully integrated with the Excalibur Revenue system.
