SOX compliance is built into the foundation, ensuring adequate controls are in place and proven.
The BOLO Audit Portal allows you to:
- Choose which tables or files are to be audited, the frequency, and data within the files to be tracked
- Track the activity history for any screen that can be updated
- Track the last time a field was changed, the date/time of change, the individual who made the change, and the previous value in the field
- Enforce a requirement to add comments or the reason when changes are made
